Justine Albano is the founder and lead artist of Tattoo Plug NYC — Astoria's premier women-owned, LGBT-friendly body modification studio. Her foundation in graffiti art gives her an instinctive command of color, scale, and composition that translates directly onto skin. She specializes in color realism and color illustrative work, but her range covers everything from fine line and micro tattoos to large-scale custom pieces and flawless cover-ups.
